LOCAL CHURCH

KOZ believes the local church should provide the spiritual community and accountability for men to step into and grow in ministry. KOZ provides those men with training and curriculum to reach the fatherless and fathered boys in their community and church.

MENTORING

Every spiritual, social, economic, and health statistic shows that boys’ lives improve when they have a mentor. The men of the church use the program of KOZ to provide that mentoring opportunity to boys one Saturday morning a month.

THE OUTDOORS

The average kid today spends 40 minutes a week outside and 70 hours a week in front of an electronic screen. Urban lifestyles, electronics, and a lack of mentors in outdoor skills and adventure has created an unhealthy gap between the kids today and the outdoors.
